About Bruce Cargin Home Inspections

Bruce is a licensed building contractor who has spent over a decade focusing on home repair, remodeling, and the "handyman" end of the construction industry. He's experienced with all generations of homes and has worked on scores of newer homes. He's also worked on homes that were over 100 years old, which were built differently than homes today and so they present particular and sometimes difficult problems.

After ripping out drywall and lath, replacing rotten studs, repairing plumbing and electrical problems, rebuilding cabinets, hanging doors, and much more, Bruce has become adept at spotting ineffective construction and cosmetic repair jobs that don't fix the problems.
